On November 7, please join Indian Hill High School counselor Lindsay Kearns and Stacy Sims of True Body Project in learning how mindfulness can support well-being for your students in and outside the classroom.  The evening will focus on the following:

 

-What is mindfulness

-Benefits of mindfulness

-Mindfulness as a classroom tool  

-Mindfulness practices that resonate with students

- How to build a mindfulness practices

 

The program is from 6:30-8 pm in the IHHS MP Room. Parents, students and community members are welcome.
