Fleet & Staff

Fleet Size  

  • 35 buses (3 handicapped accessible with wheelchair lift)
  • 26 assigned to daily route
  • 9 sub buses (used for field trips and replacement or those requiring mechanical service)

Staffing 

  • 26 contract bus drivers
  • 9  substitute drivers
  • 2 full time mechanics (sub driver as needed)
  • 1 Assistant to the Transportation Supervisor
  • 1 supervisor (sub driver as needed)

Contracted Transportation

The Indian Hill School District contracts with Universal Transportation Services when it is more efficient to contract verses operating a route due to conflicting schedules.

Our Transportation Department currently shares transportation services with Madeira and Mariemont.
